Hello colleagues, in the Cxx4 (IT4) series, when we do secure printing, and print several documents, when we go to the machine and log in, they appear in the order in which they were sent, first 1, then 2 etc, so if we press the “select all” key and print, it does it correctly.
But in the Cxx8 series (IT5), the documents appear in reverse order, so if we click on “select all” and print, we get the last one first, then the second to last ... and so on until it finally prints the first one we sent.
I don't see any option to make it do it correctly, as in the IT4 series.
Does anyone know anything about this?
