[Error Code] Konica Minolta "Emulation Error" with a PDF, macOS Big Sur

I am trying to assist a coworker in printing a PDF for her class. This PDF is encrypted, and the encryption tab in Preview says that I can view and print this PDF, but cannot edit it. However, any time we try to print it, it won't print, the printer says "Error deletion" and the error details say "Emulation error." Any ideas on what's going on here? I've spent a decent amount of time trying to track down solutions to no luck. Standard stuff like installing drivers have been unsuccessful. The printer is the Konica Minolta Bizhub 808.

For anyone having the same issue, I deleted the printer and added it back but instead of letting it auto-select "Secure Air Print", I selected the printer specific "KONICA MINOLTA 808 PS." Then I was able to print the document.
