    Bizhub 215 firmware

    Hi,
I am experiencing an issue with the network card on my bizhub 215. The printer recognizes the network card (NIC FW ver A3PE0YO-5000-GC3-01), but when I connect the LAN cable, none of the lights on the network card illuminate. I would appreciate it if you could provide me with the necessary firmware to resolve this problem.
And Main FW was A3PE0Y0-0100-G03-02 and i found A3PE0Y0-0100-G02-12. its downgrade or? Can someone give me newer F/W?
    boot rom 00000Y0-01E0-g01-00
    engine A3PE0Y0-5000-G00-07

Are you sure that's a firmware issue? Do other Konicas work if you connect them to that cable? If you have no lights at all you may have bad wiring or a bad switch port on the other end. Generally Konicas do not have Auto-MDIX so if the wiring is a bit off they won't get a link where some computers will.

If I helped you out, please give me a thumbs up! It helps my reputation.

Yeah. I'm saying it is possible that pins 1 thru 8 on that cable may not be connected correctly or you may have a problem with the device on the other end. Have you tried a different cable?

Sorry for the inconvenience. Can you give me a diagram of the cable that connects the printer? For now, I've tried these options.
And this is network card in printer. Thanks.

Unless you are plugging this directly into a computer you do not want to use a cross over cable. You want to use a straight through cable. It will either be TIA-A or TIA-B. Both are in the image below.

Nothing. No light from Leds on connector where i plug cable. Only when i power off and power on printer. Leds one time blinks and that is that.
