konica minolta c300i grinding due to waste toner issue

so this is one of the machines that I have been struggling with. I can get a month out of it then it grinds. then I take it apart and notice the door is not working or something
and the toner is backing up into the transfer belt assy. must be silly that I cant figure it out. replaced the belt and the toner waste box. but no the upper box transport assy. the toner
seems to be in the chute as I open it up and it comes out.. I have pictures if I could fiure out to post them next post. thank you for any insite

You can see the toner is just getting stuck and when I take the box out it smooth it flat. Any help would be great with this.

First picture. You can cut a bit or completely remove the spring of chute.
Second picture - ITB is discoloured way to much check/replace it asap as I've seen it takes/damages K drum with it too.

Aaah, OK I zoomed a picture and this band looks like toner on belt not cleaned. Then clean blade, belt, recycling section and cut/remove the spring of transport unit of WTB.

so the only purpose of the spring on the waste toner box is to try to help in not spilling toner once the box is out I assume.. from the pics I think it is being st uck and the toner is dropping on it your thoughts too sir? thanks ag ain

Your problem is in Technical Bulletin 12942. They changed the shape of the front plastic trim in the drum/waste box area to save a few pennies, then found out it created all kinds of waste toner issues with backed up waste in the Trans Belt. They created and issued a free "fix" for the problem in the machines with the cheapened front trim, then went back to making the front trim the old way to fix the problem they created by trying to be cheap...
