Im getting fizzy lines through prints.

do the internal test prints do the same? (halftone and gradation test patterns.)We know a thing or two because we've seen a thing or two.

That is the internal test bird. And halftones do same yes

judging by the limited info, i would say print head. seeing half tone patterns would be a great help.Comment

Fwiw I've seen a faulty dual scan board do the same.
I'd remove the board temporarily, change it to no adf in service mode and see if the issue remains.
I know it sounds weird but if I haven't seen it myself I'd be skeptical.

By all appearances the fault affects all colors, but to be sure, print this:

1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
