    Device certificate

Has anyone noticed, that when you do a "Clear all" on a KM device, it now also wipes the device certificate, so you can only access via Pagescope by putting "HTTP" instead of "HTTPS", even then, I can only connect via a laptop straight to the device, via "HTTP" go to admin mode create a new certificate, it then works. However, I've got a C458 that even when connecting straight to it with a laptop, I can only connect via "HTTP", but when I input the admin password it switches to "HTTPS" and locks me out - any ideas why, or how to resolve

Try Pale moon browser or via copier panel turn off SSL version.

id copy the address book and initialize the nework in service mode and try again.
We know a thing or two because we've seen a thing or two.
            The medication helps though...

I actually managed to do it in Admin mode, then Security, didn't need to copy the address book - thanks for the suggestion
