    Hi Blackcat,

My father said the same. I made a video of turning the transfer belt by hand, where you can see the belt itself stays put and when I press the (don't know what to call it) levers with the springs on the side, the belt will rotate. So it seems the belt isn't tense enough? Don't recall the strings were always this strong, I made them a bit shorter so the pull more, but that doesn't help. Only when I keep these 'levers' a bit down to give tension to the belt.

I made a link via Wetransfer. I don't know how else I can share a video or how to make a link of it without youtube etc..

Excellent video. The belt should rotate without additional pressure. One or more of those bushings and bearings is difficult to turn. You'll need to remove the primary transfer belt from the unit, and examine each or the rollers to determine which roller is difficult to turn. I suspect that there is a seized ball bearing.

Uitstekende video.
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
