Intermittant 31-02 malfunction code. clears right away after rebooting copier comes back sometimes a week later sometimes two weeks later. No bad sensors, replaced fuser drive frames and fuser drive motor. Any ideas?

Did you exchanged the one way gears (good cleaning helps also), also did you replace the torque limitor underneeth.

The torque limiter seems to work properly. The konica hotline told me to replaced the one way bearings whech I have already cleaned and replaced the sensor that controls the lift of the torque limiter. I checked the sensor in I/O mode it checked good. I'm also going to clean the decurl bearings. I still think the problem is in the fuser unit. O/w bearings I guess. I've heard the torque limitor can slip also.
