Hi there guys me again. I don't know if my machine is just having a bad week lol.
What would be causing this? I did change the developer powder thanks

Don't take this personally but what I'd like to know is whatever happened to stopping the machine at different points of the copy process and see where the problem develops
If the dots are there before the fuser that eliminates the fuser.
Run a few blank sheets and If the dots are still there I'd look at the transfer belt cleaning.
Pull the belt and see if the dots are on the belt before or after the image.
We know a thing or two because we've seen a thing or two.
            The medication helps though...

It's a C454. Sorry for not mentioning that earlier. I'll take a look at the drum and transfer belt to see if there's any residue plus stopping the job to see possibly where they may be coming from
                Thanks all

It looks like a dev unit problem. Did you replace the entire dev unit or just the powder?
Try a brand new dev unit

You can try printing the paper long ways instead of landscape and see if it shows up. To me it looks more like a drum unit has gone bad. How many prints the machine has?

I think these spots are on drum unit. Check transfer belt unit.
