[Jamming] konica minolta 1060L jam 1701

hi everyone,
haVing trouble with a c1060L.Jam 1701 from tray 1 or 2 and often from bypass.Not often from LU.
Feed rolls tray1-2 almost new,testing with multiple quality of paper(80-170gr).
i've changed 2 drive feed clutch(between each other)but nothing happent.
Tried to speed down from tray1-2(no result).The paper stopped at registration area.
ANY IDEA??????

Hello Dion.

Try to remove bypass , disable dipsw 36-0-0 and try to print from tray 1! there is a possibility that the bypass separation plate has been damaged.
however look at the pinch rollers at the adu input,
there is a clutch on the shaft!

Might be time to remove the registration unit from the machine and give it a once over. The shaft bushings can get gummed up and cause jamming and/or registration problems.

Γράψε λάθος το προηγούμενο ποστ δεν διάβασα το registration.

Πάρε το registration στο χέρι , καθάρισε τα boushings και τους άξονες και δες προσεκτικά πηπως έχει πάρει κόλλα κάτω από τις λαμαρίνες (αυτό μόνο εφόσον η μηχανή τυπώνει αυτοκόλλητα)
