Hi, I come to you with a problem that has occupied my head for quite a long time. And I do not really know where to look for a solution, the company is not able to fix it.
The patient is a Konica minolta bizhub 4020
Imaging set - new
Toner - new
Rollers - new
cleaned and degreased everything that can be.
I have a printer at work that only prints two formats
Feeder 1 - A4
Feeder 2 - A5
It chooses its own size.
When it comes to A4 there is no problem - duplex/simplex everything works great.
When it comes to A5, it does an accordion and stutters everything like in the pictures.
I replaced the new number 2 feeder, degreased everything I could, new rollers, etc. And nothing, it continues to jam the paper.
However!
If I make a copy from the top tray or the glass to A5 format, nothing jams (it prints kind of slower).
The printer is set with the right paper, the paper is also new, I have no complete idea what could be wrong.
If anyone has had a similar problem I would welcome some advice.
