Konica c224 e can't access service mode

We have a printer model BizhubC266I, and the service password may have been maliciously modified, preventing us from logging into CE mode for maintenance. A friend suggested I seek help on a forum, and I've also heard that the reset code can be calculated using the serial number, MAC address, and CE password reset code.

Today I got a KM C364e which was under service contract at the last owner. For that there is activated remote care I now want to disable but I can not get into service mode with standard CE pw.
Maybe you can help me to reset it?

Wrong date set in the machine.
The entered CE Password Reset Request Code cannot be used due to the expiration. (MFP date in the code: 2022/12/22)

However you can try this one:
SVD8A-X5K94-H78GA-CP2M2-NKLDK-2G8YD-EMRRG-8ZDJP

If it doesn't work, set proper date and time in your machine and send me new request code.

Then initialize,
Machine with bring error code D390 press continue to backup the data
Now you can access the service mode
