Both request and reset codes are valid for no more than a week, so after over two weeks it's hard to expect that reset codes will still work.
The machine needs to have the current date and time set.
A new request code is generated by the machine whenever the CE Password Reset procedure is started.

I hope you're well.

I wondered if I could again trouble you for some assistance please? I have a KM C250i with a changed CE password that I would be extremely grateful if you could help me with a reset code please.

You've provided me with a reset code for this machine before but at the time I had completely forgot I'd taken the fuser for another device in the field. By the time the fuser came in and I fitted it, obviously the reset code was no longer valid. Since then the machines been sitting in the corner of the workshop and I'm only now getting round to getting it sorted.

I've just sent 3x $5 for to your paypal, only you had helped me with this device and another machine at that time, so I thought it only fair I transfer 3x the donation amount.

I won't make this mistake again, I will enter the code upon receiving it.
