[Misc] Konica AccurioPrint 2100 Controller Error - Unable to Scan Papercut

    Hello,

I'm hoping someone could point me in the right direction please!

We’ve just freshly installed a Develop Ineo 2100 (Konica AccurioPrint 2100) . Done all the required settings for papercut but getting a message controller error at the bottom. Please see attached.

Everything looks to be working as normal including print release through papercut apart from scanning. The option is greyed out at the top. Do you know where the issue might be? Or is there anything I can check. When you click recall, log into papercut, click scan we get Unable to connect to application.

    Thank you in advance!

fwiw set both the controller nic and copier nic to 100tx full duplex.
had this happen a couple times and the error happens when the 2 nics try to negotiate a speed when set to auto and they freak out.
    it cant hurt.
We know a thing or two because we've seen a thing or two.
    The medication helps though...

I can't seem to find the controller nic, can this only be done at the copier?

In fairness this happens when the network cable is plugged in

try a small switch or hub right before the copier/controller.
id be really pissed if you cant set the nic speed like every other copier or controller.
i dont have any manuals for this model and no longer have KM access.
what colors are the NIC lights when plugged in?

The 1100/2100 series is only equipped with a single controller NIC. Unlike the 951 before it that had one for the controller, and one for the machine itself. NIC settings are found in Administrator mode.
