Have you updated the firmware of the SPI FLASH? CPU1, CPU2 and Boot ROM?

Last year, when I replaced the SSD, I didn't update CPU1 or CPU2; I only updated the Boot ROM for SSD recognition. And now, when the client called about the problems, I went to the equipment and updated CPU1 and CPU2, but nothing changed regarding waking from sleep mode.
