can i get a copy of latest firmware for BH450i & C650i ?

some of our machine getting freeze problem . trying update to solve the problem .

Note to add it is not recommended to skip function levels so depending on the function level of your machine you may need several levels. It is also recommend to update boot rom on each firmware before updating firmware. I know a lot of guys say that you can go from old firmware to the newest without a problem. But I have seen guys brick a machine by doing this
