Konica Minolta C754e customer move to another location

Hi I got a call that my customer moved this copier to another location and they said it was jamming and says Side door is open I went there to see and side door is fine but it is the duplex door it looks to be in place and I used a tool to push in interlock how do I get to the sensor there is a big metal plate do I need to remove that plate
trying to get this up and running for them.There is a large capacity side paper feed unit there does that have to be hooked up.Thanks in advance Neil

You can get to the god door closing sensors only by removing the front white panel under the screen.

Good morning, Stronghold thank you for answering it is the duplex door if you open the main side door it appears that it is under the metal plate on the main side door

Hi, Are you sure that sensor is bad? Did you test sensor in service mode? As for jamming the most common thing is paper dust on reg sensor, remove paper dust collector and clean "frog eye" sensors on machine and on collector.
