    My Ricoh knowledge is slowly dwindling away at this point. Many things have been lost to time...

        because its not from the US market im still not clear if its a c266 or c266i
        if its the i series id try the recovery firmware, if just plain c266 which is discontinued from what i read.
        make sure the front panel is plugged in to the MFP board correctly, maybe wrong usb slot?
        i dont have access to overseas models manuals.
        so just to be clear, is it an i series or not?

            I have tried from firmware update screen but failed to launch CE mode.
            Backdoor for now is one.
