P-14 message status

I've been trying to print to a Bizhub C550 but I'm getting a p-14 message status. any ideas what this is?

if firmware doesn't fix it, check and adjust your color alignment and registration.

Hi you want to make sure your skew and LD adjustments are the same as what is on the Laser unit, if they are out it produces the P14 cade.
