konica minolta c458 problem jam paper

i have a problem with a konica minolta c458. the copier jams paper 12-01 and 11-01 both from the first and from the second drawer I tried to change the paper outlet but I have not solved the problem it works fine from the 3rd drawer. it seems as if the rubber tires are not turning.

what could I do?

I had read, however, the gears turn. it seems that there is no current when you have to close the clutch that turns the rubber pads

Where is the paper stopping? Is it making it out of the tray? Does it stop at the same place from both trays?

paper does not feed from the drawer in both trays

Remove tray 1, load paper in tray 2, and watch through the tray 1 gap to see if anything is moving when you try to print from tray 2

I did it but nothing moves

do you have any firmware that you can send me to try an update?

after all the tests I suspect that a good technician has mounted the entire pickup roller of another machine in the machine.

the attack is the same but in my opinion the tensions that start the clutches do not return

the one way clutch bearings are not included when replacing the rollers and is easily overlooked.
