Hello everyone, i am trying to install a Pi5501 into a Di450, but when i finish it doestnt print the test report, i dont know why, the green led light up normally. and On line and Ready Led on control panel lights up, I reset the NIC to facotry default but doesnt work
I put another pi5501 from other machine and print the test report and works fine.
Please if anyone knows how to restart the controller again, please tell me.
