    Bizhub Pro 920 SC46-14

Have worked on a BHP-920 for several time and did not achieve resolve this malfunction.
When a misfeed or a paperjam occur, the machine makes a crazy free run for a while and then shows a 46-14 code.
I already changed OACB and PRCB, i can't understand what is happenig, any help will be accepted. Thanks in advance.

I couldn't find anything about this code as far as the BHP-920 is concerned but I did find this on another model. Its possibly a feed issue.

    Error
    SC46-14

    Root Cause
"Copying in progress" message followed by SC46-14 (which indicates failed memory).

    Workaround/Fix
CAUSE: Non-recommended high-gloss paper is being fed out of LCT. The paper is being fed past the primary feed rollers and just past the conveyance roller in the LCT, but not into the main unit. The message shows on the display even though no jam or copy is produced. Eventually the 46-14 code appears. With use of the high-gloss paper, the conveyance roller slips and cannot convey the paper into the main unit.

SOLUTION: Clean the roller as a temporary remedy, and replace the roller

Also check to see if it will feed out of any tray.
