BH 283 paper feed roller bushings needed

    [Misc] BH 283 paper feed roller bushings needed

    Dear all,

    I need two of the bushings used for the first paper feeder on the 283, number 2 in the attached image. The manufacturer code is 4131 3003 01 however I cannot find anyone to carry these bushings under this code. I appreciate any help. Thank you! darius

          Those are for the registration rollers, pretty sure they are too big to fit the feed unit. The ones he is referring to are the plastic ones on the tire shafts in the feed unit itself.

          Do you have any parts machines or accessories at all? Those bushings were used in so many different models over the years, you should be able to salvage them from something you have laying around.

          According to the parts "bible", that bushing can be found in the following machines and accessories:

          My Ricoh knowledge is slowly dwindling away at this point. Many things have been lost to time...

                  You have a lot of options with the many machines they were used in but if you can't find them I have them. PM me if you need them.

                      inside diameter (ID):
                      outside diameter (OD)
                      any flats or aligning features?

                      I have a 5gal bucket of various oil impregnated bronze bushings that I can sort through. (It's heavy) =^..^=
                      If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
                      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
                      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
                      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
                      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
                      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

                          Found them on this google search just leave out the spaces search as 4131300301 no spaces or dashes

                                  im sure if you go to your local copier repair place (that service Konica) would prob give them to you for free/cheap from old stock
