      your transfer belt waste area is clogged causing gears on the cleaning unit to skip the gear teeth.
      remove the cleaning assy and vacuum the chunks out and clean the chute between the trans belt and the WTB.
      thats your noise.

      also, just a hint to save time, remove the black guide from the trans belt and you can remove the belt without taking out the fuser first. (ive seen too many techs work too hard)

                  Thank you so much. I will look at it later today. I remember that I took out the toner waste box and the seal was not sitting as it was supposed to do. So, everything gives sense now.

                              at the bottom of posts above reply to thread there is a star and a triangle.
                              the star gives you a choice to add or remove from that users rep along with a comment.
                              the triangle reports posts for spam or whatever.
