    AA on Fiery

hi i would ask about code error "AA" on my fiery
    I've IC-413 (Fiery E100 70-60C-KM)
The machine control panel initially displays a message that the "controller is not connected" and the LED on the fiery displays AA after starting up.
I have replaced HDD and RAM and try to clean up by blower but stays like that for more than an hour. i didnt
install system software via USB or LAN because i dont understand hw to do it, has anyone seen and resolved this issue?

flip both switches,on fiery and click on "installer.vbs" in the root of the system disk.
just follow the prompts on the laptop.
when done it does take like 15-30 min before fiery is ready to be found with CWS and configured.

thats for the XP version 1.0
if your fiery version is different there is another disk i dont have.

either LAN port should work, ive had better luck with the top port but YMMV, try the regular lan port first.

thats what it left the factory with.
your pic of the disk you posted i think is 1.1 which is an upgrade.
does that fiery have 2 sticks of ram?
the original config had just 1 stick.
if you have 2 it may have been upgraded and i can only help with 1.0
or yours is not for the 413 at all.

                      install ver 1.0
it still works, hell i have 2 working 413s in my basement i just play around on remotely because XP is nostalgic
CWS helps too especially to configure it.

                          nah, always leave the ram.
as far as the download konica does not offer it anymore but a few of us have a copy for contributors to this site.
