    bizhub C257i recovery tool

    Greetings all,

    I have a bizhub C257i with boot issue, and need a repair tool.
    This model is not listed on document issued last year. Here's a list:

    AA2J0Y0-F000-GXX-28.exe --> C450i/C360i/C300i/C250i, C550i w/o Memory board

    Has anyone came across a new updated/expanded list with bizhub C257i included?
    I cannot find it on KNOVA. I cannot even find the old one BT2021021EN.

    Machine code is ACVD021 (EU).

      Hi,
      Should be same as for C287i I think.
      Search for DLKM_BT2021021EN you will need ACM10Y0-F000-GXX-16.exe.

          Yeah, that should be the next of kin, the most similar one.
          I can try, it can do no harm if it's not intended for that model (it won't start).
          I already downloaded the file.
