    SD card.
A tree is known by its fruit, a man by his deeds. A good deed is never lost, he who sows courtesy, reaps friendship, and he who plants kindness gathers love.
Blessed are they who can laugh at themselves, for they shall never cease to be amused.

I've seen both cause this problem. I would start with SD card since its cheaper. Just be sure once you try the SD card if it doesn't resolve the problem pull it out and put the original SD card in the new CPU.
I highly recommend following the instructions in the latest manual when it comes to replacing board on any i-series

I tried stop+main SW ON, screen displayed only 25% bar with black dot only.

Worth giving the recovery firmware a go first.

Remove the SD card and attempted to do a firmware update with USB. If you can get to the firmware update screen, SD is probably bad.

Could I buy OEM micro SD card ( 8GB or larger ) instead of genuine KM parts?
If it can, what procedures should be taken before installation?

Thank's a lot mojorolla for this post.

In my case recovery tool not start. Removed the SD i can do firmware update and use recovery tool to check CPU was good.
