Could be many factors that affect that though, my uncalibrated monitor, poor color recreation when scanning you originals, etc. Just saying I like the first image better, but that's just me.
At this point, I'd follow Markks advice and see what comes of it.

Yes, I literally pointed that out in my original post, but thanks for reiterating that.

That does not seem to be green that would be more to cyan. These new drum units seem to suffer from cleaning blade failure on cyan due to heave coverage.

The only thing off here may be you customer...

+1 Initialize and stabilize. Check that all the settings under Image Process Adjustment are set to default first.
Can be that yellow or cyan could be under or over saturated.

Ive printed the same document on a different C658 from the same Mac & PC and it prints perfectly,

There is no p codes on the copier and nothing is over life,

The test page looks perfect too but something is not right,

    I will attached some examples,

the 2nd example is how it should print,

Has anyone else had this issue before?
Is the device on genuine toner ?

What is the count on the rest of the consumables? If they still have a lot of life I recommend the following

    Run Initialize and stabilize
    Procedure
    1. Call the Service Mode to the screen.
    2. Touch [Imaging Process Adjustment] -> [Stabilizer].
    3. Touch [Initialize+Image Stabilization].
    4. Press the Start key to start Stabilizer.
The Start key turns orange and stays lit up orange during the Stabilizer sequence.
    5. Stabilizer is completed when the Start key turns blue.

Then Run your Gradation Adjustment on a high grade paper making sure you put 10 sheets on top of the test pattern before scanning it. I would run it a minimum of three times for each setting.
