I usuly only work on Xerox Machines or HP LFP Printers and never did any Konica. But this Machine stands around, after a other technican has changed half of machine, charged a lot and gave up. (I think he did not really know what he did.) Now that Box stands around, and breaks my hearth when i pass it, so i took over for a try because owner dont want to invest more. But a lot of parts are spare anyway and i keep care of all other printers in the company.

    To your Questions:

    - Calibrations, No. I will do that, need to RTFM first for this (On Xerox you dont do any Calibrations on Drum changes, but also the Drums are shit if you look on the *Real* Lifetime compared to minolta.)
But cant belive its a calibration story, because first couple of prints are fully okey...

    - Screws? Just had a Drum and the Blade as spare. There are two screws that hold the Blade in Place inside this plastik holders. When i disasabled the old drum and blade, the old blade was also hold by the screws (each on every holder), i put them back in place. The blade mooves nicely and presses on the blade as it should.
    - I replaced the Drum and blade because this problem was there with the old drum, and this one had already high counters. But with the new drum its still there.

Basicly it prints some sheets okey and then it starts with that clouds. You can clearly see the black toner on it and you can not scratch it off.

The big point at this Machine was the Fuserunit, the last one changed the belt and since them it was down. I controlled the Fuser very well also with the Pictures inside the manual
and i controlled every gear for wearout or missing parts, but it all looks good. The Fuser had so much grease on it, but after cleaning it was okey (Before the prints also had strange marks because the grease sometimes came on the belt). And since i replaced the Flap after the Fuser (the plasic part on one side was light cracked and somehow loose) there are no random jams anymore.

It sounds from your description of the screws in the drum and blade, that you used an aftermarket drum and blade. OEM drums only come as a complete unit that contains the blade held away from the drum with red shipping screws.

When changing drums in these machines you need to go into service mode and reset the counter for each drum replaced. Also you must run "automatic drum potential", and "automatic gamma adjustment" under drum peculiarity in the process area of the service mode. That should eliminate the shadowing you are seeing.

Best thing i ever saw, fix with tape =)

But i will give it a try. The Developer is not changed till now. I changed the magenta one, because of bad printing quality, but that worked great. (Yes, i did the adjustments

I have replaced the BLACK Drum now, because it was already at lifeend.

Im not really familar on that brand, but it looks for me like a BTR Problem. Here the BTR Roller:

Anyone saw something like that already? Or meight be a well known issue on that machine?

    Thanks for Input

I don't know what a BTR roller is. In Konica world we call the pictured roller a "second transfer roller". Did you run all the proper calibrations after replacing the drum? Did you remove the drum blade set screws?
