    Bizhub 287 keeps rebooting

Hi folks, we have mentioned machine working very hard till 1.7 million counts.
It started with D341 a while ago which was solved by data recovery. Now it won't. It boots slowly until we see 5 pillar but never main screen then goes straight to full self diagnosis doing nothing there and restarting eventually.
I think client missed the time when after 3rd reboot recover data button was shown and now we're at lost. Nothing can be done to enter service mode or clear nonvolatile memory. However firmware update and reset tool finished successfully leave nothing different.
I would attempt eMMC but we have few machines and nothing spare. If it is MFP board it's game over because of the price and machine count. I could pull used eMMC and try. What do you think?

    P.S..
I know this machine is due to be replaced but it must work for some time if possible.

can you get to the "trouble reset" screen, then instead of pressing "trouble reset" use the "buttons" on the right of the screen, you should be able to enter service mode

No luck mate, we tried even from self diagnostic screen out of desperation.
