    Bizhub C368 install troble

    Good morning

    I have a bit of trouble and I hope you can help me.
    I am currently trying to install a C368 over TCP/IP on a Windows 10 pro clean install. It responds to pinging, when I try to add TCP/IP printer from control panel it tries to comunicate with Windows and then nothing. From another laptop (also Windows 10 pro) it can be installed and works perfectly.
    On the same PC I have a C220 installed, which works. For C220 I can access the web interface, for C368 I get a connection reset message. What am I doing wrong?

      face this issue before , on same network but some pc cant detect the copier .

      always did all clear and all problem solved , all pc can be access . not sure which setting caused

          So you recomand a reset from service mode of the C368?

              yes did a all clear .

              issue what i faced like :
              • able to ping copier
              • able to access via browser


              but unable to install driver , showed offline

                  The C368 responds tot pinging, but I am unable to access the web interface.

                      Nope, nothing even after the reset from service mode. Anyone with a better idea? If not, I will try to reinstall Windows, maybe I will try a downgrade to Windows 8

                              Got the sucker!
                              Took down *ALL* Windows 10 updates and did a clean install. Damn, such a beginner solution
