    [Error Code] BH 450i photo print failure in Windows 11

    Dear Team, I have one BH 450i machine in running Condition. Machines printer driver installed on a virtual print server and working fine on printing PDF,word,Excel but when any user print any photo file or Snipping tool file the print data showing in print server spooler and not printed. In that time any other user not able to print. I have to log in to printer server and delete the photo file from print queue then other user able to print. Please help.

    Note# windows 10 users print photo file no problem in windows 10. The problem only in Windows 11 users.

      If it works fine with win10 and not with with win11, the first think I'd think these are old printer driver

          The printer drivers are updated driver. Post script universal printer driver and printer driver version is 3.9.4
