Hi. I replaced the fuser in a Bizhub C35 for jamming in the fuser however it is still jamming in the fuser, and it only jams with legal size paper. Any ideas why it would only jam legal? With both the old and new fuser?

The exit units on this on C35 used to fail, the rubber exit rollers would shrink / slip.

Jam code? How far through does the paper make it?
