Konica C759 soft switch settings when updating several firmware versions

Hello guys,
thought I'd reach out to the community after finding out KM removed the firmware and all documentation on the C759 series for everyone or maybe just independent distributors like me. So basically I need to update the firmware to the latest version which I have, however I can't access previous versions to update 2 versions at a time, so last year I remember updating another C759 from several versions behind to the latest and changing a soft switch to prevent error codes, lock ups or board damage. This time I am outta luck as the docs aren't available for me any longer, they used to have a read me sheet with all the information related to the firmware version and on those notes the soft switch values were shown as well as the number of the switch. Hope someone has the notes for this and can help, thank you in advance!

Thank you very much FuserNoob, that's exactly what I was looking for! I was about to call KM to get this but they can be quite challenging to persuade when providing information for smaller independent distributors like me. I really appreciate the information provided!

You should be ok without the voice data unless you have an added option that requires it. When the movie data file is missing, it is the only one that will pop up the message at the top of the screen.

It is usually ok to update to a latest version 'jumping' multiple older previous versions, the C759 is a sold model.

We do occasionally see issues doing this on the 4e series.
