Slightly off-topic, but does anyone know why some of the i-series color drums are faded at the rear end straight out of the box? I've had this happen so many times, and I just have to keep reseating it over and over until it eventually clicks.

If seen this if the HV voltages does not match with the condition of the drum (example: after chipping old units).
