C550i - changing job priority

Hi guys,

Got a weird one. I just recently installed x2 C550i's, all up to date firmwares

They both have been set up with User Authentication/ID & Print.

The users are wanting to change the priorty of their prints just in case someone is desperate,

On one machine it works fine you can change priority but on the other you can select change priority but when you hit start it doesn't change it and still prints the current job

I have exported all data from the working machine into the non working but issue still persists?

Could there be some software switches that need enabling?

I have got through the 'rescrict user access' section and enabled change priority.

Any ideas?

Are they on same function version 2.2, SW 25 is HEX 30?
Other than that nothing else but old crusty Initialize all comes to my mind.

Check this setting.

Administrator Mode>Security>Restrict User Access>Change Job Priority
