Re: C-0101 on a C2070
Found two bad clucthes in ADU, one felt ok, other was really jammed on the shaft. replaced all 4, and machine is working as it should. C-0101, can also mean a stuck motor or clutch apparently.Leave a comment:

Re: C-0101 on a C2070
Update...
Replaced two clutches that drive off the M11, and have not had code again...
Ran about 20K clicks, seems good.
Both PF decks would cause this issue.
Will keep you updated...Leave a comment:

Re: C-0101 on a C2070
You probably don't want to hear this, but it's probably a blown ICP on the PRCB. This code is fairly common on the monochrome production devices. The feed motor starts drawing too much power and blows the ICP. It took me a few tries the first time to learn to change the motor and PRCB at the same time. I can't seem to find M11 on the ICP list, but here is the locations of the ICPs if you want to check all of them. I'm not very good at replacing them ... hopefully you are better than I am. =^..^=

Re: C-0101 on a C2070
Hey Mike, I was able to look further into this and M11 drives the conveyance rollers on the vertical conveyance unit. This is the unit on the lower right side of the main body that conveys the paper up from the paper drawers or in through from the PFU. I would pull this unit and check for gummy bushings or paper wedged in there somewhere.
