    Look on the display where it says part is open. There should be an arrow pointing to the open component. If there is no arrow, check the little electrical connectors between the finisher and the bridge unit. One or all of them may have been left unplugged.

    My guess would be the interlock tab broke during move on the part showing open. Actuate the interlock switch on indicated part open with screwdriver or fold up small piece of paper and put in slot, see if messsage goes away, if it does you know what to reapir. *Don't leave paper in the slot, make repair the correct way! Interlock switches are for safety!

    I'm guessing that when you moved it, what ever part is indicated as open, opened during the move - so close it

    Bizhub c550 indicate that the part indicated by > is open ensure that it is properly close
    but it was working perfectly until we move it to a new location
