do a background data reset and stabilize and do the gradations.
print the 4 built-in charts, look for repeating patterns and distances between them to see if its drum, dv or even HV related.

the white spots in the baby blue could be paper dust in the DV or an HV transfer issue.
look at the belt after. spin parts by hand, closely inspect and test shit.

swap magenta and cyan drums see if it follows.
    replace cyan DV unit.

honestly, id swap drums and if issue is the same id replace cyan dv unit.

hold up, i just read your other post where you poured out the cyan DV and replaced it with some other DV?
when the units are new they start a countdown and with every x pages the bias voltage will compensate but the baseline needs to be the absolute correct %ATDC DV and amount. it is then the machine will go to default voltage and you calibrate up from there.

id just replace cyan DV unit with new and be done with it if the issue doesnt move with the drum swap.
We know a thing or two because we've seen a thing or two.
    The medication helps though...
