    Is a Bizhub 320gb HDD upgradable to SSD?

    Can't seem to find the replacement drives we used to get on amazon anymore so I was wondering if anyone had success just upgrading the old HDD's to a 2.5" Solid State Drive? Would probably stop a lot of headaches with the old drives just dying or getting damaged in transit.

      ssd will work, but must be at least as large as the drive you are replacing.

          I also think it's possible, but you have to find a type of SSD that has the SATA III communication protocol,
          because that's what is in copiers.
          The new SSDs communicate in PCIe, NVMe, etc. modes.
          Additionally, they require other SATA drivers and adapters.

                  I have successfully used 500gb SSD is eight series several times . I get them from Amazon for about $40.00
