problem with pdf/a konica minolta c 258

Good morning I have a problem installing a PDF/A license on a Konica Minolta C258
when I go to apply the license from service mode... stop 9...
I enter the codes and it says UNABLE TO CONFIRM SETTINGS

I updated the firmware

do you have any idea what the problem could be?

what are you trying to enter?
the token code?
did you go to LMS and use the token code to get the license code?
what is you're procedure?

it is a license that I transferred from one Konica to another
I generated the license code in LMS by deactivating it
from the other and generating the new license code and function code

Have you finished removing it completely from the old device, once you've removed it, you then have to print off the deactivation complete code, then enter that into the LMS. Are you using the original token code to generate a new license/function code.

yes yes I did everything right in LMS
it doesn't even give me the repair button in the services,
do you know why?

I probably have a problem with the serial number because it tells me by entering the token code:
serial number error
I checked but the serial number matches P
robably some card has been replaced?
like emmc
How do I fix the situation?
