Cause

A file system error has occurred due to HDD data corruption. Damaged data could be written to the HDD. This error causes J-3114 and C-6720 due to the delay in the communication of Mis-Centering. OACB can be the cause of the error since HDD is connected to OACB.

Workaround

Please try the following steps: Perform I/O check 99-92 -(File System Initialization) Perform HDD format

Hi colleagues, I just installed an AccurioPrint 2100 and every 200-300 prints it tells me J3114. As I say the machine is new and it does it to me from any of the paper drawers. I don't have much experience with this model, any advice to check?
