    650i Dumping cyan dev

Hi chaps, got a brand new 650i that installed with no issues then 2 days later we had a callout due to cyan all over prints. Checked the cyan dev and it was completely starved, tried topping it up but what goes in comes straight back out into the waste. Swapped drum and Dev unit let machine warmup tested print, no cyan on print and the dev was completely starved again. Everything original machine brand new.

Check the metal contacts from the HV board all the way to the developer unit position in question. It could also be the HV board itself. You can't "top off" the developer units once they are completely depleted (empty). They must be replaced since these are dual component machines.
