C350 random deletion(cm3520)

I'm getting a deletion about 1 inch wide (B&W) on multi copy run and the deletion will move on the copy(del. not on every page). Ran a full color run and the deletion was wider and still random. Thanks in advance for any insight to this problem.
P.S. I did flash the firmware with latest ver.
