    c500 can't identified Creo IC-301

    Creo IC-301 is connected C500 host,
    Turning On the IC-301 Print Controller and C500.
    Press "print button" can't display printer screen...??

    Any help...

    If your talking about the print button on the copier, then no you won't see anything. This controller is supposed to have a screen, keyboard and mouse. If you press the scan button you should see 3 scan destinations.

      1\C500 host can't display the status of print controller???
      2\Print Creo IC-301 test page after,C500 host didn't respond.
      3\Press "print button" can't display printer screen...??

      Any advices and helps!!!

        Make sure that the C500 has firmware version 14-CNU0.

        You may have to reboot the copier and the Creo several times before they connect. Touching the printer button on the copier will not show you anything, the creo is a completely different from the fiery.

          Yes, and make sure the C500 is FULLY booted up before you boot up the Creo.
          Also check the cable, the connecting on that model is not the most "reliable".
