I have a customer with a dialta 2510f that the copies are coming out with
raised print. Also she says the ink will rub off. Second issue is the display shows change Imaging unit. I have installed a new drum unit and installed
new developer & reset maint codes , but it still shows to change imaging unit.
On the raised print issue , I tried to raise fuser temp.& exchanged fuser unit with a known good unit. Copier has 800k on it.
My hair is turning gray, please help. thanks
