I cannot seem to find this code in any of the manuals we have available. It seems i have seen this posted before, but, I cannot find where i have seen it before. Any help on fixing this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance, to anyone who can help shed a little light on this problem. rb12

No code like that in the manual,open and close the front door to clear.

There is no C0820 code ?????? It might be a C0B20 code and thats in your stapler unit. However if the equipment has a network card in it I've seen those cause some stange code.
