    Konica 7020 - Factory Defaults

    Hi everyone,

we recently purchased a second Konica 7020 for our office and it has some rather strange settings on it. I went through and tried to reset them to how they are on our original 7020 but they seem to come back.

Is there a way to reset everything to factory defaults?

One thing I found was through the web administration, there's a section that says "Restore Factory Defaults" but I do not have this password and I don't know what the default one is.

Any help would be appreciated, thank you!

turn on in the 25 mode and then go to password settings. you should/might be able to see what the passwords are in there.

      Web interface password

Using the web interface you can reset the print controller to factory defaults, not the engine itself.

The password for the web interface to reset the controller or make any changes to its configuration is 'sysadm'.

Thank you for the replies. It did have the default 'sysadm' password.
