Hello!
Sorry about the subject heading, not sure what to call this:
At present the machine regards print as successful once it has passed the fuser exit sensor (second time for duplex). If a paper jam occurs, all the pages ahead of the fuser will be printed again, and those which are aft the fuser aren't.
When I used to work with Kyocera, we called this "Page Protection". Good stuff....but not when there is a booklet finisher attached.
If the Bizhub 750 is printing 5 booklets, and a jam occurs while set 3 is halfway completed, the machine will ask the users to remove the paper in the finisher, and this WILL NOT be reprinted, meaning that set 3 is lost.
Is there Dipswitch I can set to make page protection active on the booklet finisher exit sensor?
