Well, since KonicaMinolta's max # of accounts is 1000, and the customer needs more than 1000, I would suggest looking into an Equitrac system.
Equitrac is compatible with the KonicaMinolta products.
Buster is 100% correct...if it's a law firm or similar, the equitrac allows them to input codes on the fly. KM codes must be manipulated within page scope or data admin each time one of them changes. EMujo

Or you can sell them a magnetic card system that works with any copier with a keycounter connection, and using a card-stored-value (CSV), eliminating the need for a centralized server - but it's really only practical for copy purposes, for printing, Equitrac or the likes is still your best bet.
